OperationalCloningTM pricing is simple and transparent. We charge a monthly subscription fee of $899. This subscription allows you to create projects, load DNA, and store the results of completed runs to a limit of 100GB.
We charge clone runs separately, at $3.99 per facility per hour (1 hour is equal to 48 hours in simulation time). For example, a clone with 6 facilities that runs for 14 hours (672 hours of simulation) will be charged $335.16 (6 x $3.99 x 14).
These prices are in Australian dollars and do not include GST for Australian customers.
Our payment terms are contained in the Terms of Service that you agree to when you register.
Although Eventchain offers OperationalCloningTM as a self-service, we also offer support services including:
Helping you with creating and calibrating baseline DNA for your business
Customising the standard OperationalCloningTM functionality and processes
We founded Eventchain in 2001 with an audacious goal: to establish an integrated logistics and transport operational platform encompassing the entire logistics and transport process - from purchase order management to aftermarket activities - and seamlessly integrating outsourcer with service provider.
Yes, that's a mouthful.
But our customers - small single facility service providers and large multinationals including industry leaders like TNT Express, CEVA, Qantas, Hutchison Telecom and Toll - were ready for this kind of solution. It was brash and innovative at the time, now it's standard practice.
Towards the end of 2008, we started work on extending our logistics services platform to include the ability to simulate various pricing scenarios for different logistics service providers. In order to accurately simulate a complex activity-based logistics contract, we realized that we needed to create a virtual copy of that operation or supply network where time is accelerated. While doing the initial design and prototyping we realized that the potential value of creating a virtual, living and breathing copy – a clone - of a supply chain operation has value far beyond what we initially conceived.
This led to us creating the process and technology of Operational Cloning, which is now our primary focus.
Our team is led by Pieter Verwey. Between us we've got six languages (English, Mandarin, Hindi, German, Marathi and Dutch) and experience with industry leaders like Accenture, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Intel, Cambridge Technology Partners and Novell. We bring that breadth and depth together to operate as a cohesive virtual management team, with offices in Sydney, Vancouver and Shanghai.
Operational CloningTM lets you manage supply chain change and risk by creating virtual copies, or clones, of your supply chain quickly. You can then use these clones to design, experiment and communicate change before you implement it. You retain total control in this self-serve process.
Operational CloningTM builds a strong bridge between the changes you design and their ultimate implemention. It creates a single, integrated simulation of your global purchasing, distribution and transportation plans.
